Running away.

Doris is a member of Ilford AC like myself.
She is running a marathon in October and had to do a 13 mile run today. She asked if anyone would like to run with her and I said I would.
West Ham (my team) were away at Liverpool today. I thought going for a 2 hour run would mean I wouldn't have to hear how badly they were doing.
I came home and heard that for the first time since 1963 we had beaten Liverpool away
Not just but 3-0!
Amazing.
Anyway, this is our 'after 13 mile run selfie'.
My phone has a 'beautify' function. I tried it out.
It works.
I'm normally a lot uglier than this!
