Puzzled!

I'm still slightly puzzled by these signs on Ayr seafront. I tried out various interpretations, but my wife persuaded me that none were fit to publish here! We've had an interesting day in Ayr, completed by an excellent dinner at a lovely start-up bistro-bar. Working our way south-east, back towards England, tomorrow.
