Baskets and beers

I walked a few minutes around the corner for lunch but took my SLR out with me again and it was worth it as I found this nice lady carrying lots of baskets on her scooter. She was happy for me to take some photos and found it quite funny.

Later on I met up with an American teacher who has just started working here. We had bánh tráng nướng which are kind of like the Vietnamese version of pizzas, using open rice pancakes. We then had a few beers at the rooftop bar I've been to a few times. It was exactly three weeks since the last time I had any alcohol. That might be some kind of record for me!
