Carnival!

The carnival is one of the highlights of the calendar in Leeds. It might have rained for part of it this year, but there was plenty of sun coming from the costumes! I have taken loads of good pictures - and it was hard whittling them down to one. But this is the best, and in fact, this guy was in two of my top five. I just loved this costume, and I was surprised he wasn't voted carnival king.
