Wet cobbles in Skipton

Today brought sunshine and  showers.   This photograph was taken in Skipton after a shower when the wet gleam lit up the cobbled lane.

Two days ago, on 30 August, fellow blipper uniqueandlovely posted her 900th Journal entry.   Her celebratory picture for the day was a lovely photograph of her granddaughter, Willow, currently in Gt. Ormond St. Hospital with her leg in traction.   Brave little Willow’s smile just lit up the screen, and was certainly worth more than the measley four comments that she received.   .If you can find it in your heart, please follow the link below and leave lovely Willow your love and best wishes, and wish her well.  Here is the link.

Big thanks to all who dropped by and left comments, stars and hearts for yesterday’s steam engine
