House Sparrow

Lots of 'interesting' birds around here at present, though photographing them is a problem (too far away). The 'common house sparrow' really used to be common here, but sadly I almost never see them now. Not sure why this image was not published earlier, like some of the other images ... Recent problems following the latest Apple Mac updates mean that this, and some other images, seem not to have had the relevant edits applied ... don't you just love computers?

Usual sort of camera set up.
