Paula's painting of Hallas Bridge in Autumn time

Hope you like it Jeanneb53.
It was a favourite walk of ours and we took the grandchildren too when they were younger. Caught the train from Kippax to Leeds, another Leeds to Keighley then bus to Cullingworth. From Cullingworth up to Catstones Hill on to Harden Moor (lunch stop) down to Harden  village then follow Harden Beck up through Goit Stock woods to the falls long stay (afternoon cuppa), on over Hallas Bridge and back to Cullingworth. Bus and 2 trains back home.  Great day out. Painting is taken through glass so slightly blurred.

Eye update can see a out of it bit more today, still got it covered though with a plastic see through eye patch for protection.

Went with Paula to St Aidens to take Tansy and Molly a walk, didn't have my camera with me just a walking stick, which was a shame because  there were two swans wandering along the ridge path as if they were out for a morning stroll.  Then we took Maddy to Lyn Dyke there is a notice on the car park that if people don't stop fly tipping the council will close it, what a shame that lots of people who use it when they go bird watching or taking their dogs for a walk have to suffer for a few inconsiderate people, it really annoys me. Or is their some hidden scheme going to be hatched like barriers and exorbitant car park fees when it's just a little car park so people won't park on a narrow country lane whilst going for a walk.
