Fancy Leaf Geranium

I just thought it wold be fun to show you our fancy leaf geranium.  This is one that you buy because you like the foliage more than the abundance of flowers.  We had a very small plant in this planter and it grew, and it grew and it grew!  It pushed out the other things we'd planted in there.  You can barely see some blue lobelia, struggling to keep from being smothered.  This plant went bonkers!  And there is plenty of orangey-red   flowers to add lots of interest.  While some of our other flowers just couldn't take the heat of this summer, this one flourished.  It gets an A+ from us.

Today was errand day with my aunt.  We got most everything accomplished, which is good. Any left over errands can be done on Saturday I think.

A nice cooler day with a few showers in the afternoon.  Showery tomorrow then it should be fairly decent for the next week.  Always subject to change however.
