Aga

Ann has finished painting most of the lounge, just one side of the through arch left to paint a tasteful grey. Having received a new scart to RCA cable in the post, to replace the previous one that didn't work, I managed to make a start on the conversion of the large, three hour VHS tapes. Luckily most of the tapes are less than three hours of actual recording so the conversions are manageable and I'm cracking on nicely.

We went out for coffee after lunch, as usual. I took a couple of pics on the way in, plus a couple of street scenes outside of Nero. I quite like this one of the Aga shop down Meer Street, and it will pass for a flowerFriday candidate.

We have been immersing ourselves in tennis since the start of the US Open this week. Last night was a late one watching Murray though we gave up after he'd lost the second set only to hear on the news this morning he had actually won the match.
