A Sip Of Lily

A moorhen drinking the nectar of the water lily - perhaps a cocktail of drowned insects?  Or just the lake water?  I'm not sure - but it made for a lovely shot anyhow!

I have been so so busy (no chance for blips, let alone capturing photographs with my camera!) - tomorrow is my last day at the West Country Craft Fair selling my wares at RHS Rosemoor - sadly it hasn't been very good - compared to this time last year - it's not good at all - where is everyone?  I blame it on the bad Summer, it just depresses everybody and so no money is spent until it is needed to be spent -  like the C word in December!  xxx
