Oystercatcher

What a lovely sight to see at the seaside in Oman, a pair of Oystercatchers! I've never seen an Oystercatcher here in Muscat so I am very happy. I didn't realise how red their eyes are or how broad that bill is at the head. Not a great photograph but another record shot, the temperature is on a downward trend so I'm looking forward to taking better photos.
