No wonder he was sent home.

Lino layers used a form of spray adhesive to stick around the edges. The shorter/younger of the two insisted on opening all room orifices; he said he was once sent home, incapable of work, from one job in the past.
The Spray-can was left, by request as:-
1. They had to pay to get rid of rubbish.
2. We would certainly recycle when possible.
I always depressurise cans so I got chance to read/skim it for content(s)
Quick Chemi lesson:-
Take some Methane CH4 and add 1 atom Chlorine = CH3Cl.
Add another atom = CH2Cl2 (Dichloro-methane) {In the old speak)
Yet another and you have CHCl3 (Trichloromethane) {Or Chloroform, if I remember aright}
"And finally Cyril" ... that well know, once common, ingredient of CTC Fire extinguishers. CCl4 better know as Carbon Tetra Chloride.
So, effectively the lad was both a "Glue sniffer" AND sniffing a close relative of Chloroform.
The "extra" leapt aboard as I was studying a garlic flower. Unfortunately it didn't lend "It's elf" to Focus stacking.
