Honeysuckle!

Summer 2014 was a brilliant summer for those of us who love the warmth and sun.  Summer 2015 was not like that! However, certain plants seemed to have loved this cool and wet summer much more than the previous one.
Honeysuckle is an excellent example of this.  Last year it flowered nicely but briefly, whereas this year it flowered fairly early and then just continued to both grow and produce fresh flowers, for almost two months (so far).
Viewed on large there’s a lot of detail and you can see that even a single flower is home to minute spiders that presumably catch minute prey!
