Cheese tasting

Slightly bizarrely I didn't have to say "Say cheese" as that is what everyone was doing - tasting cheeses. As the antidote to the wine tasting we had on Wednesday, today was the cheese tasting evening ending with a degustation of four goat's cheese of various ages.
Choosing the best bleu was controversial and the jury is still out on the benefits of Forme d'Abmert, St Agur and Roquefort with votes for each.
