Dodge "Coronet" 1951 Chevrolet "Corvair" 1961

These two derelict cars called out to me on my bike ride past.
I stopped to study them a bit.
The Dodge is a heavy weight, front engine, water cooled, solid axle vehicle.
The Corvair is a light weight, rear engine, air cooled, four wheel independent vehicle.
Amazing how completely different they are after only 10 years of automotive evolution.
They seem so primitive in comparison to the cars of today.

The self-driving cars of tomorrow are just around the corner.
