Wood duck

I remember reading the World Book Encyclopedia when I was little, and seeing pictures of ducks, and I was especially fascinated by the wood duck.  It was hard to believe they were real, and I don't think I've ever seen a real one before today.  We took a walk on the Mercer Slough Nature Trail and this little guy was speeding along in the water!  It was hard to get a picture that wasn't blurry.  But it was great to see him.
