Mustang Susie

There are days when I especially love my job. This was one of them. Headed down to Sussex this afternoon, where Ford is hosting an event for the Goodwood Revival meeting. As the annual Revival - now in its 18th year - is all about motoring nostalgia, they brought along some of their heritage collection of cars for us to experience.

This 1965 Mustang was the star turn. It is beautifully restored, and its V8 engine makes a nerve tingling sound. it is an iconic all-American muscle car from the heyday of the U.S. automotive scene, and I loved every minute of my time in it. What an absolute beaut!
