Apart from work, the day was taken up by an appointment with the nurse at my GP practice, a dental appointment and a pizza with N.

No prizes for guessing the highlight. She was on good form and that was nice to see. The pizza was good too.

The visit to the practice nurse was remarkably frustrating and unenlightening. I detect a real desire to let patients' conditions worsen before offering treatment, coupled with a serious effort to keep them away from the doctors.

I stopped in Kinghorn for some fresh air on the way back from the pizza. Pettycur Bay got Blipped.
