Schierstein Regatta

We didn't know that the regatta was on and it's not quite Henley, but there was a bit of a buzz down at the harbour.

On the extreme right you can just see the nose of the Nr. 4 boat.  The Nr 2 had stopped for Kaffee & Kuchen when they realised that they had no chance.

The water level is the lowest I've seen it since I got here.

And your bit of German learning for today - "ready, steady, go" is "Auf die Plätze, fertig, los!"

Oh and the storks were not at home.
