Appointment at the hospital first thing for an X-ray and check-up on my broken wrist. Apparently it is healing well and I will get the cast removed and the pins taken out in two weeks time. Afterwards, Roger dropped me at Judy's, one of our friends from church. We had a great day chatting over coffee and then a lovely lunch, then in the afternoon went for a short walk in the Forest. Judy's dog, Bracken is 15, so quite a senior citizen, and can't walk very far these days. Then we sat on a bench and just enjoyed being out in nature, while Judy brushed Brackens coat.
