I Prefer To Stroll

It was a lovely late afternoon and I decided to get some air and fully embrace it. I spent a couple of hours strolling around the two lakes that form a major part of this outdoor space. Others clearly wanted to complete the circuit much quicker than that. They have my full respect. As I type Mo Farah and thousands of others are completing The Great North Run. I did the GNR 10 years ago and had a fabulous day even if my time didn't set the world alight.
