The Final Straw

After Jankerman's bit of fun - think it should have been titled 'Pockhenge' - I took this shot of some round bales. Someone must have been really bored!

This is (probably) the last bale / harvest shot of the year! By the way the photo is not tilted - the land does actually fall away at the back like that!

Over the weekend one of the big hills (Windmill Hill) in the village has been used for a couple of 'downhill' events. Yesterday was a soap-box derby and today a 100 metre long water slide was installed - a shot is in the extras. There was a steady stream of people, adults and children, sliding down into a big foam pool at the bottom!
