Five Ducklings

These five half-grown ducklings do not appear to have a mummy and daddy, but seem to be doing okay and spend most of their day on our pond. I also took another picture of a mummy Mallard with seven or eight tiny ducklings who also visit the pond.

More gardening again today, helping to plant a hedge, trimming the triffids, these are the long vines from the Virginia creeper on the verandah, as well as more weeding in the curved border.

Dentist tomorrow morning and then maybe a visit to Scotsdales, so we will probably have a day off from gardening.
