Tall green men?

Here is another shot of the severely pruned lime trees I blipped last year on 24th February 2011. They stand in front of Sherborne Abbey and have grown very close-leaved coats since then.

N and I had lunch with a friend, recently made single, and who has moved to Sherborne. After lunch we walked up Cheap Street where I ordered some more material for arm covers, the originals now threadbare and literally falling off the chairs! Of course the original material isn't made any more so ordered some the same colour and washable. Then bought a paperback from the Oxfam shop - so much cheaper than buying new.
