Church at Saint-Mammès

Sunday

Our walk in the forest after lunch, didn't yield a great deal in the way of blips, so we went for a drive to the town of Saint-Mammès, located where the Loing joins the River Seine, expecting to take pictures of the many barges always moored there. Whilst I did take several pictures of the barges, I liked this mono shot of the Romanesque church, dating back to the 11th century, all that remains of a Benedictine priory, and decided to go with that for my blip - seemed appropriate for a Sunday!
