Start of a new term means music lessons start again; +2/3 practising her piano today, clarinet lessons on Thursday.

I took myself off to Ilford to sit my theory test today; it's safe to say that the DVLA examination system has changed significantly since I sat my driving test: mobiles off, no bags or coats, I had to roll up my sleeves twice to prove I didn't have anything hidden. 

The hazard assessment was quite fun; it took me a few clips to realize that the scenarios were CG and after that I had to really concentrate on actually taking the test instead of looking at the rendering. The giveaway was the rigging of the people: nicely rendered but still walking like robots.

I passed. Phew.
