If you can't beat them...

We were up early this morning so that we could detour to the lake before I dropped Clickychick at the studio.  It was a lovely morning and if we had been earlier there would have been some nice misty shots.

This shot was taken at Glencoyne bay famous for Wordsworth's "Host of golden daffodils".  Obviously there was no trace of them today, the area being covered in Bracken.

We remember this tree when it was a tree, then it blew down .  Eventually the trunk was taken away.  Now as you can see people have been lighting fires inside the stump.  A sad end for a magnificent tree.
