Jelly Good!

Lots of little jobs still outstanding, but I prioritised getting the Apple and Sage Jelly made. The choice of Sage was simply because I had a lot in the garden. I put some of the apple pulp out in the garden last night, along with a couple of plums and a handful of peanuts - the badger seemed quite taken with it, as seen on my trail cam.
I got a good set and a good amount of jelly, which will go nicely with pork and game. I also spent an hour trying to ID a Lactarius mushroom that I found in the Cemetery a couple of days ago. I think I pinned it down, but was't 100% sure.
