Emulsion of butterfat globules

Milk is an emulsion or colloid of butterfat globules within a water-based fluid that contains dissolved carbohydrates and protein aggregates with minerals, according to Wikipedia.

Tastes nice with cereals, though.

Still find it hard to get my head around it.

Had the same feeling as I ate a tasty prawn a few nights ago. I think I'm having a reaction against my omnivore self!
