Somebody isn't feeling well...

Oh oh, off to the vet today...Ricky the kitty not feeling well. It starts with lovely pink lipsticked- looking lady lips and if not treated with a steroid shot, progresses to itchy skin and missing fur. A few times a year we need treatment - we were very happy to see that almost a full year has gone by without needing a shot this time. She is doing better year over year. Day ended with a relaxing mindful yoga class, a perfect offset to the 60 km ride and 10 km hike yesterday! Weather is beautiful here this week- great for Tuesday golf tomorrow.
