In Miniature

In the blink of a frog's eye and taking up about the same space, a Lilliputian cactus flower winks open for a single evening.   This is one of the smallest cactus flowers I've seen, and I'm not certain this plant is actually in full bloom, since that's the only flower I noticed on it.for scale, the stems are thinner than a wooden pencil.
