IR Forest

I've often wondered what a forest on an alien world, circling another unassuming star, might be like...what sounds would its inhabitants make, what scents would its breezes blow, what colors might festoon its trees in a faraway autumn?  Another of our close-to-home alien landscapes made even more alien when shot in infrared light.
