Lemon curd cake in the making

I was asked by some of you yesterday for a sight of the lemon curd cake. Unfortunately - as I expected I might - I ran out of time today totally. Work is crazy as for me it can only be at this time of year. I didn't even have time to make the cake - too tired last night, meant to get up early to do this morning, you know the scenario. In the end my lovely daughter made it and I blipped her quickly at lunchtime doing just that. So here it is!
