Nyhavn

We have been blessed with beautiful blue skies again today.

This area of Copenhagen is the most popular with tourists. Hans Christian Andersen lived in one of these houses for a time.

We have seen the changing of the guard at Amalienborg Palace,
visited the royal state rooms and museum,
been to the amber museum,
walked around the kastellet,
seen the little mermaid - through a gap in the crowds of Japanese tourists swarming round it.

I have blisters on both feet, don't know why as they are not new boots. We have had to make plenty of stops in order to anaesthetise me...hic.

So apart from my singing feet all is well and we are very much enjoying Copenhagen.
