Guests departing from the Coach House this morning commented that the hot water seemed to have died. It had.

In any case we've known that this boiler was chosen for cheapness rather than anything else, so repairing it would be questionable at best. Quote for new boiler on it's way.

Thankfully we've a few day's window to get a solution in place.
