Long and winding road

We went to the annual reunion of the ICI/Zeneca divisional HR admin team this evening. It was great to catch up with lovely ex-colleagues who I last worked with the best part of 20 years ago. The considered opinion is that the best thing about working is retiring. Back in the day, due to several major reorganisations, it became almost the norm for people to take early retirement at age 50...oh how things have changed :(

I only realised on the way home that, unusually for me, I hadn't taken a photograph all day so here's one of the Linch road.
