On the first day of Christmas.....

As I was coming out of the changing rooms after my swim this morning I spotted the first tinsel of the festive season! Only 86 days to Christmas, Blippers; better get those sprouts on to boil!

Had a good catch-up at lunchtime with an ex colleague I've not see for some time; always good to have a serious chin-wag.
