Punching above his weight

A fairly straightforward day made distinct only by the fact that I had to leave significantly earlier than usual because the official Bailey-sitter has been on a trip to Cambridge today. So, I joined the ranks of my colleagues who leave just after the students and was walking Bailey by 4:30.

He was very pleased to see me and raced around the house to celebrate. We walked the biggest block in the sunshine just because we could. Bailey found this plant stem on his way and carried it for a while before he got rid. Home to make his tea and do a bit of marking before doing my own. I've also fitted in some top room sorting so we have definitely made the most of my early finish.
