Fifty years

This year is the fiftieth anniversary of the East Kilbride Highlanders Association, and to mark the event our local Council gave a civic reception and dinner.  It was really nice, with a drinks reception, some speeches (but not too many), a nice meal, and a bit of mingling afterwards.  

Gifts were exchanged, and we were given a nice rosebowl which I have blipped.  Extra photo is our our table, all good friends.

Another fantastic day, I do hope this weather lasts!
