Lone Shopping Cart

The photo above and the extra are a pair with the first showing what seems to happen so often.  In the first, someone has left shopping cart n the middle of a parking space, therefore blocking the space unless a driver stops a car, gets out, and moves the cart in order to park there.  In the extra photo, a shopper is taking her cart to a very close location where the carts are collected to return to the store.
