also, one of the bin-chutes is blocked. It has been a while since that has happened, but it is taking a long time to resolve, this time.
At the allotment, the phantom compost-bin comedian has been at it again, putting rubbish and pernicious weeds into my compost bin, despite big notices on the bin pointing out that it is for my organic compost only.
