My, what a busy wee day - the cycling, the bottling, the eating, snoozing and then a quick 13 litres of apple juice pressed and shoved in the brew fridge to be dealt with later in the week. 

This the first of the new cider. 10 litres of juice fully fermented and then 2 litres of apple juice added to sweeten and ferment a little. The green guy is the canary - a plastic bottle that will become brick hard as the cider ferments and when it's solid I'll pasteurise the bottles, stopping any further fermentation and leaving reasonably sweet, fizzy cider behind.
