Exercise Time

A close-up of the control panel, "music port," and speakers (I guess?) of the torture device (a.k.a., elliptical trainer). I don't mind the exercise exactly, it's just dreadfully boring. I really need to get set up to listen to podcasts or something while I'm doing it. I don't think I've ever actually used the audio features, but I have wondered why they couldn't make the display screen switch between stats and, well, anything else. DVD? YouTube? Web browser? E-book reader? So many more interesting things to do, but no, it's just the boring exercise stats.
