From one extreme

Backblip - I've been wanting to try a wild camp in the Peak District for a while... so why on earth did I leave it until the weather was about to break?  Anyway I shan't be doing any more until next spring when the daylight hours get longer, but at least I know that the tent doesn't leak (and it's dead easy to put up and down), the Jetboil's efficient, my new sleeping bag is warm and cosy... in fact I had to take my sleeping socks off... and I can carry the full pack ok.
