Autumn is a-coming in......

After a rainy morning my son and I were surprised to have a dry afternoon and indeed occasionally sunny spells whilst we were photographing in Binning Woods. There is an autumnal air about even though the leaves are yet to turn. The bracken and dry grass add the autumnal colours to last years fallen beech leaves, giving an overall brownie-orange tinge. I have added some extra photos to try and recreate this atmosphere.

In the image I have chosen for my blip I was surprised that the silver birch just because of its different curved shape and silver tinge seems to grab centre stage just by being different.
