Day Off

Eldest sprog had a day off from school while the teachers were doing some teachery stuff. So being the annoying Dad that I am, I made sure that we did some education anyway. Poor kid, he thought he was going to kick back for the day.

To be fair, we did watch a sci-fi film in the morning, so there was 'some' chilling to be had, but then we had a little trip to a local museum to check out their Dinosaur and Fossil exhibition. In the end we weren't that impressed with the Dino stuff, but the WW1 exhibition on at the same museum did catch his attention, and inspired this little blip.

Following this he asked the question "Why is there money?" - Four deceptively simple words which lead to deceptively difficult discussions and answers. I'm still working on it now.
