wilderness bouquet

Rain and low cloud this morning. Renee and I walked part of the Trans-Canada Trail starting in Glenora. Eventually we crossed over to Summit Main logging road using an abandoned road. We walked the logging road back to our car. At Holt Creek we saw this wonderful bouquet of plants growing on a log above the water.

We walked for three and half hours. On the way home we stopped at the Alderlea Farm and Cafe where we drank a cup of coffee and ate lunch.

This morning when we drove to Glenora, a CBC radio announcer remarked that we had suitable weather for the BC Highland Games held today in Coquitlam on the mainland. Come on over GraigD! You will feel at home here on the wet coast of British Columbia.
