Meanwhile......

........on the green just round the corner from my home, the fly agarics are beginning to show again!
I noticed a few under this silver birch tree on the way home this evening, and stopped the car rapidly so I could grab a quick shot or two. I decided the best angle was taken at ground level, so I had to lay in the damp grass to get it, but I think the result was worth it, though I am not sure my knee agrees (I had quite a job getting up again) ...I have a feeling I might have to lie down quite a bit this autumn, if only to recover from laying down!! lol
