Sculpture In The Guildhall.

This sculpture on the theme of Access To Business, was created by the Rowan Foundation,  in 1998-99 with the support of a grant from the Cambridge City Council's Priority Development Programme for Youth Employment and Skills. It is in one of the Guildhall corridors.
