but in reality - on most any of us - i admit to looking in the mirror - on any given day - and not being pleased with what - i see - wishing i had a different nose - or more curly hair - whiter teeth, a better complexion - whatever the case, it's usually due - to having been fed all - the lies growing up - and worst of all - not only listening to them - believing them - as if there were any truth - in them or if they - had any relevance towards me whatsoever - it doesn't matter - the damage was done - to my fragile psyche - what's worse, is that it continues - to rip its talons into - unsuspecting little girls (and boys) - this very day - social media knows no bounds - and i think the bullies of today - are 10 times worse than - the bullies i endured back in the day

we need to be very careful - of what we surround our loved - ones with and insure they are - fed a constant stream of nurturing, loving - words as well as positive role modeling - so they don't feel as if negative - forces are their only alternative - tell the little people in your lives - they are precious - that they may have imperfections - we all do - but there is beauty in them - show them how it is reflected in nature - so it is up front before their eyes - away from the stage of social media - most of all - shower those little people with love - hug 'em every day, tightly - so they know who they belong to - and together you can make it...
